Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 14 April 2026
Our commitment
Greenco Block Management Ltd is committed to making the resident portal accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
We continuously review and improve the accessibility of this service. This statement applies to the resident portal at blocks.greenco.co.uk/portal.
What we have done
- All pages include a visible “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users
- Navigation can be operated using a keyboard alone
- Form inputs have associated labels
- Error messages are programmatically associated with the relevant fields
- Colour contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA requirements for text content
- The portal is tested with common screen readers (VoiceOver on iOS/macOS)
- Pages use semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer)
- Images used for information include alternative text
Known issues
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are working to address them:
- Some PDF documents (service charge demands and inspection reports) may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We can provide these in an alternative format on request.
- Some complex tables in financial views may be difficult to navigate with a screen reader on smaller viewports.
Request an accessible alternative
If you need information from the portal in a different format (such as large print, audio, or a simplified version), or if you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us:
- Email: info@greenco.co.uk
- We will respond within 5 working days.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice and support, or the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) if you wish to make a formal complaint.
